Banyan Tree Adventures, a family-owned and operated business, offers unforgettable snorkeling, sightseeing, and whale-watching tours from Olowalu Beach along Maui’s west side, with a focus on fun and eco-sustainability. At Banyan Tree we care for the island and the waters of Maui Nui and deliver educational experiences for our guests. We also take our environmental responsibility seriously, striving to inspire pono (righteous) solutions for healthier coral reefs, oceans, and the planet. By sharing our passion for the environment and Hawaiian history, our guests leave with treasured memories of stunning landscapes and marine life, coupled with a deeper appreciation for sustainability and the rich cultural heritage of the area.

Guests of Banyan Tree Adventures are given the opportunity to participate in one or more of pono solutions like beach cleanup, creating barbless fish hooks to be handed out to fishermen, or reef cleanup as part of their Adventure.

Banyan Tree Adventures’ Mission is to provide memorable marine experiences to visitors of Maui. The underlying mission is to educate and share with adventurers about the marine life of Maui Nui. Guests will be kayaking off Olowalu beach in West Maui. The location is ideal for whale watching, snorkeling, fishing and enjoying the scenery of Maui Nui.
